The ‘Tevar’ actor arjun kapoor is depicting the role of a married man in R Balki’s film ‘Ki and Ka’. Sources revealed that, “The Gunday actor recently shot for R. Balki’s film at a continuous stretch of 22 hours nonstop at YRF studios. H also had 23 costume changes and completed an entire sequence of cooking/kitchen shots at one go. Arjun Kapoor and director R. Balki were so absorbed by the shoot that they shot the entire day and night. While they started shooting at 9 am, they finished only the next morning by 5 am.”
Sources added,, “Since it was the last day of the set the makers had built, they wanted to make sure they did justice to the actual working kitchen that was built from scratch with a fully stuffed fridge and fully working appliances like you find in any other house. It was a power packed day for Arjun as he shot for 22 hours and did over 23 costume changes, shooting from 8 am to 6 am the next morning.”

Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor's song to be out on September 1
Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor's remake of the 'Dheere Dheere Se Meri Zindagi Mein Aana' track from 'Aashiqui' (1990) finally releases on September 1.

The track was shot in Turkey in July — to mark 25 years of the Anu Aggarwal and Rahul Roy starrer’s release. Hrithik has done some impromptu dance steps including a tango with Sonam.
Unit hands were taken aback to see the on-screen chemistry of the stars, who have earlier featured in an ad together.
'Lip to lip' song with Kangana was physically demanding for Imran Khan
New Delhi: Actor Imran Khan, who is making a comeback to the silver screen after almost two years with Nikhil Advani's "Katti Batti", says shooting the "Lip to lip" song with Kangana Ranaut for the movie, left him "exhausted" and describes it as the "most physically demanding thing" he's ever done.

Released on Friday, "Lip to lip", which is the third song in the film after "Sarfira" and "Sau aasoon", is touted to be the first song in India where stop motion technology has been used. Kangana and Imran are said to have kissed each other for a collective 24 hours over a period of three days in order to get the right frame for the song.
Explaining the use of special technology in the song, Imran told IANS: "We have shot 'Lip to lip' using stop motion animation, which is very time intensive because you have to get it right per pose, and they (filmmakers) will take one single frame. When you move a little bit then another frame and it goes on. After they animate it, it looks like smooth motion.
"But it means that you have to hold that position and suppose if there is a phone or a light coming in, then it will happen frame by frame. So all of the kissing moments in this song, we had to start to kiss and they had to take frames one after another as a hundred things would move around us.”
Though it is not the first time Imran is going to be seen kissing his co-star on screen, he considers "Lip to lip" as "physically demanding".
“It was very exhausting. It looks gorgeous, but it's one of the most physically demanding thing that I have ever done because holding the body in that position static through the day and not moving at all. At the end of every day, we felt like our back was about to break," he added.
Talking about the film, Imran said "Katti Batti" is not based on live-in relationships.
"It's just incidental in the story. They (the characters) were living in together but it was actually before the film even begins. This boy and girl first meet in college. They start to date and fall in love and start to live together. They actually live together for five years and in those five years, you see the difficulty of their relationship as they start fighting and ultimately they break up.
"All of this happens even before the film starts. So when the film begins, with all of this having happened in the past, what happens next is actually what 'Katti Batti' is about," Imran said.
The film is slated to release on September 18

Why Baahubali Can't Make It To Oscars!!
Since Oscar Screening committee of Indian government is residing in Hyderabad and getting a watch of all the films that could get eligible to be sent as India's official entries for the Academy Awards, there is huge buzz around the film "Baahubali". Probably they say that after years a Telugu film would getting the elite Oscar entry stamp by Indian government. There is a realistic side however for these magnum opus dreams.
Forget whether India sends or not, but if India picks Baahubali as an Oscar entry, surely India will be wasting its chance of sending a film to the Academy Awards nominations. Because, a film has to be complete with no unclosed story, twists and climax to get nominated for Best Foreign Film category. To be accepted for nomination, a story should not be stopped in the middle. Living upto this exactly, Baahubali first part has no ending at all. For example sequel films like Lord Of Rings and Hobbit haven't got nominated to "Best Film" category for the same reason.
What about Baahubali's visual effects? First of all the film needs to have some original visual effects sequences where never before creations are shown. Unfortunately Baahubali is not even having one such element in it, which is original and never seen. Though Baahubali has some visula effects, it may not hold chance to get a nomination because it haven't released straight in the USA in English with American Censors certifying it.
Both story and visual effects might not help Baahubali to get any nomination. And, costumes, sound editing and cinematography, they are all no match to any Oscar nominated movies. So, it's tough Baahubali will make for a nomination

Get Ready For Katti Batti Kissing Contest
Finally, the much awaited Lip to Lip Kissiyan song from upcoming Bollywood flick Katti Batti has been released today. The song has been in news for the last few days as the film's lead pair, Imran Khan and Kangana Ranaut locked their lips for 3 straight days over 24 hours to shoot for the song.Now, there's something more exciting than the song. The makers of Katti Batti have announced a Kissing contest as part of the film's promotions. 50 lucky couples will be invited to participate in the Kissing contest which will be judged by the actors Imran Khan and Kangana Ranaut themselves and they will award the winners with exciting prizes.
While this unique promotional strategy is turning everyone's attention towards the film which is due for a release on 18th September, one wonders if the moral policing in the country would even allow the contest to take place. In the west, kissing festivals are much celebrated in many countries, but India is yet to catch up with it.

Ever since Akhil's debut film was launched a few months ago, actor cum producer Nithiin has been raising fans' expectations by releasing the action teaser, first look stills etc on special occasions. With the film's title being named Akhil, the expectations meter has clocked a full 100 on 100. But now, here's a much bigger surprise for all Akkineni fans. Sudeep's Epic Challenge to Rajamouli
Kannada superstar Kicha Sudeep became a huge star even in Tollywood with the blockbuster success of Eega. Sudeep's amazing performance in a menacing villainous role in the film earned him a solid fan base among the Telugu film lovers. Not many Telugu fans know that Sudeep is also a successful director, who already directed 6 blockbuster hits in Kannada.Now, Sudeep is gearing up to direct an epic film on the lines of Rajamouli Baahubali with a monstrous budget. What's even more spectacular is that the ambitious actor-director will be making the film in 5 languages all at once. The shooting will commence in mid-2016 and Sudeep is currently busy giving the finishing touches to the script.
Even though the star has not commented much about his ambitious venture, Sudeep said that he was fortunate to act in epic films like Baahubali and the upcoming Tamil socio-fantasy film, Puli. Since then, Pawan Kalyan didn't dare wielding megaphone; however his concern over direction is everlasting.
At one stage, Pawan Kalyan thought of directing his current project Sardaar Gabbar Singh. But, he dropped the idea due to some reasons. Later, he roped in Bobby of Power fame to wield the megaphone. Apart from acting, Pawan Kalyan has offered story as well as screenplay for Sardaar. Bobby who himself is a writer didn't oppose Pawan Kalyan when the actor proposed him to just direct the film. In fact, he is not willing to miss the lifetime opportunity of directing Pawan Kalyan.

Fashion Designer...S/o Ladies Tailor
Remember Vamsy's classic Ladies Tailor? The film had Rajendra Prasad playing title role. Exactly after 30 years, director Vamsy is now planning to make a sequel for it. Although the idea to make sequel has been there in Vamsy's mind for longtime, he now came forward to direct a sequel to this iconic comedy and what's more? He has roped in Raj Tarun who shot to fame with Uyyala Jampala. Going by reports, Vamsy is planning to name the film as "Fashion Designer" with caption "S/o Ladies Tailor".
Released in 1985, Ladies Tailor was a huge commercial success and became a comedy cult. Then the film set several new precedents in terms of exposing, portrayal of women. Rajendra Prasad was seen essaying the role of superstitious ladies tailor in search of a bride who has a mole on her thigh as an astrologist said him that if he marries such girl, he would become rich. Despite it was made 30 years ago, the film was fresh and alive in memory of audiences.
As per the reports, the sequel is based on the life of Rajendra Prasad's son in the film. Raj Tarun will be playing the role and he will be seen as a fashion designer to suit the modern days. Will Rajendra Prasad be part of the sequel? Yes, says Vmasy. Rajendra Prasad will be part of the film but the length of his role or screen time is not yet revealed.
Vamsy has been going through rough phase. He is struggling to make a comeback. His previous film Anumanaspadam fail to bring back him glory. His another film Tanu Monne Vellipoyindi hasn't seen the light of the day yet. Let's wait and see whether Vamsy would make a grand comeback with Ladies Tailor sequel or not.

The forthcoming crime thriller movie “Trisha Illana Nayanthara” which will also release in Telugu version as titled “Trisha Leda Nayanthara” staring music composer turned actor GV Prakash, Anandi and Manisha Yadav has completed the censor formalities.
