Stylish Star Allu Arjun has celebrated Dasara festival in style at his in laws house in Nalgonda.

Ram Charan Gave Hand To Prema Leela

The big buzz all these days is that Ram Charan's will be saying hi to Telugu audiences yet again this Diwali. He's said to be dubbing for the Telugu version of Salman Khan's latest movie "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo". That excited mega fans quite heavily, as they are sulking in the bad result delivered by "Bruce Lee".

However when Rajshri Productions, the makers of Salman's film has released the trailer of Telugu version, it's a shock for everyone. "Prema Leela", the Telugu dubbed version, didn't featured Ram Charan's voice for Salman Khan. Are the makers deliberately not leaking Ram Charan's voice to hold the kick for people who come to theatres?

Some reports say, Ram Charan hasn't felt comfortable dubbing for the movie after wrapping up two reels. He conveyed the same to Salman and took a call. But sources close to Charan still maintain that he has given the voice for the film and it could be heard in theatres.

Dirty Acts Of Two Flop Heroines

What happens when there are no chances coming up from film industry? Many heroines take this route of erotic skin show to grab opportunities and also attention. Same is the case with two flop Bollywood beauties Zarine Khan and Daisy Shah.

Interestingly both Zarine and Daisy have debuted alongside Salman Khan on silver screen. These two beauties are now workless with flops coming their way. They have now bared it all for "Hate Story 3" which features Sharman Joshi and Karan Singh Grover in the leads. Both Zarine and Daisy have come up the shocking skin show in lingerie for many bedroom scenes. that are part of this revenge thriller.

For now, cinema lovers are considering these as dirty acts. Will they click? We have to wait until the film releases.

Lunch Decision: Top Heroes To Take Care

Buzz in Tollywood is chirping about one 'lunch' party that was hosted by hero Allu Arjunand his other friends like Rana and Prabhas. Though there is no news about this meeting online or offline, it is heard that there is an agenda discussed behind this lunch.

Including Bunny, the likes of Ram Charan, Rana, Prabhas, Manchu Lakshmi, Sandeep, Sushant, Varun Tej, Saidharam, Rakul Preet and Sonal Chauhan have attended this lunch party. We hear that they discussed about the need for spacing their films properly, such that release clashes will not happen thereby not eating each other's revenues. They have decided to maintain 2 weeks gap between films. Young heroes want to take care of their release themselves it seems.

Though there is this association MAA, how could actors gather unofficially and take such a decision is the question? That's why they kept the lunch as a secret.

Daisy Shah : Salman Khan convinced me to do ‘Hate Story 3

The trailer of ‘hate story3‘ starring Daisy Shah, Karan Singh Grover, Zarine Khan and Sharman Joshi has recently been released. Daisy Shah will be seen in a bold avatar for the first time in a film. In her debut film ‘Jai Ho’ daisy appeared as a bubbly girl opposite Salman Khan and now she will be experimenting with her on-screen appearance by showing her bold side in Vishal Pandya’s ‘Hate Story 3’.

Talking to the media during the trailer launch, Daisy revealed how she had taken a back seat for not doing this film and how Salman Khan convinced her to sign this film which she eventually ended up doing.

Actor Booked For Raping Co-Star

A 27 year-old Hindi TV actor named Vishal Thakkar has been booked for allegedly raping his 26 year-old co-star several times on pretext of marriage. An FIR has been lodged by the actress alleging that the actor raped her repeatedly and also beat her badly.

Apparently, both the actors have been close friends and they were in a live in relationship from the last few months. After Vishal started to abuse her in front of everyone, the actress left their home and started staying at her college hostel. Vishal used to visit the actress at her hostel and threaten her on several occasions.

Vishal is popular for his superhit TV serials like Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, Crime Patrol and several blink and miss roles in movies like Chandni Bar and Tango Charlie. An FIR under IPC sections 376 (rape), 506, 323 & 509, 420 has been filed. There cops are yet to arrest Vishal.

Not A Single Original Story!!

Say it death of original stories or lack of proper writers, Telugu industry is right now playing it safe by banking on remake stories. From legends to happening young stars, that's the only option.

While announcement hasn't yet arrived, Megastar Chiranjeevi in all likelihood is getting ready to remake Tamil film "Kathhi". Remakes are not new for Chiru and he always scored smashing hits with them. Kamal Haasan's Diwali releasing movie "Cheekati Rajyam" is remake of French movie Sleepless Night released in 2011. Same is the case with Nagarjuna, whose "Oopiri" is based on French comedy "The Intouchables".

Another senior hero Venky is also depending on remake, as Suresh Productions' writers are working on Telugu version of Mallu hit "Bhaskar, The Rascal". Harish Shankar is said to be giving final touches to "Special Chabbis" Telugu remake that might feature Raviteja in the lead.

Happening hero Ram Charan will be starring in second ever remake of his career after Thoofan. This time it will be Tamil film Thani Oruvuan, which will be directed by Surender Reddy. Young hero Naga Chaitanya is wearing the shoes of honest lover yet again for Mallu "Premam" Telugu remake.

Many other young heroes are also likely to follow this remake suite. Nara Rohiti is remaking Maan Karate (Tamil), Tarun picked Sandalwood movie "Simple Agi Ondh Love Story", Sandeep Kishan too signed one such remake. That's Tollywood at the moment folks!!

Comedian's Relative Arrested In Prostitution Raid

The Vijayawada task force police nabbed a popular comedian's close relative for allegedly running a hi-tech prostitution racket in the capital region. The man, a second-hand car dealer, has been supplying Mumbai models to solicit his high profile customers and is earning in lakhs. Apparently, the man is claiming innocence saying that he is only a customer and not the kingpin in the racket.

On Thursday night, the Nunna rural police in Krishna district were tipped about prostitution at an apartment in a residential colony. The police immediately raided the house and took two models and a man named Ramesh, along with comedian's relative.

One of the models who was arrested informed the cops that she was brought from Mumbai to Vijayawada under a contract of Rs. 10,000 per day, apart from flight charges and accommodation at a luxury guest house in the city. The other model who was also arrested in the raid hails from Chennai. The police are currently investigating to find out the kingpin's relation with the comedian.

Yes, I Copy From Hollywood: Rajamouli

"Yes, I copy from Hollywood movies. It's obvious and most of you know that," said ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli while addressing the students of IIT Madras in the Student Activity Center (SAC) auditorium in IIT-M, Chennai. Setting the record straight for the first-time in public, Rajamouli admitted that he "copy" from Hollywood films.

When an enthusiast student in the crowd asked Rajamouli that whether any of the Hollywood films he grew up watching has 'inspired' any scenes or sequences in his films, after much thought Rajamouli replied to crowd, "He's being very respectful. The actual question is Do you copy from Hollywood?" As soon as Rajamouli said the crowd cheered and clapped for being straight forward. Rajamouli added, "The answer is, Yes, I do." However, Rajamouli said, "But I haven't copied from any of my contemporaries."

Reasoning his "copy" act, Rajamouli said, "When I was an assistant director most of my fellow assistants weren't good enough in English and they didn't watch English movies. During the story sitting, if I narrate a scene from Hollywood movies, the others will believe and say, 'Hey, this guy has a lot of creativity'."

Clarifying it, Rajamouli hinted that he never felt copying was something wrong since he grew up in such an atmosphere in the industry. Rajamouli expounded, "The movies were so much part of my life, my DNA that I felt it compulsory to recreate them. Then I started questioning myself and by reading various works came to the conclusion that Art itself is a copy and develops on your predecessor's works."

Vishal Attacked, Sangeetha Abused

The polling for South Indian Film Artistes' Association (Nadigar Sangam) which was going on since this morning suddenly took a violent turn as a large group of Sarathkumar supporters attacked his main opponent and Pandavar Ani member Vishal and injured his hand.

Vishal even feel unconscious during the scuffle. Fellow actors immediately rushed Vishal into his caravan, where he was given first aid after gaining consciousness. On the other hand, actress Sangeetha, popular for her roles in Khadgam and Pellam Voorelthe, alleged that Sarathkumar abused her with filthy language.

Apparently, Sangeetha questioned Sarathkumar about the missing of several actors' names from the voters list. To this, an angry Sarathkumar allegedly says, " What the f**k you think you are doing?" Sangeetha also alleged that she was mobbed and manhandled inside a polling booth.

However, Sarathkumar denied all the allegations and said that the Pandavar Ani members are attacking his team. The election results will be out this evening.

Will Charan Make That Mistake Now?

Mega Power Star Ram Charan's latest outing in Sreenu Vaitla's direction, Bruce Lee, released amidst heavy expectations but fizzled out on its first day. The film's weak and routine story was the main culprit and even Ram Charan's energetic performance and stylish dances could not save the film from sinking.

With Bruce Lee heading towards a huge disaster, Ram Charan seems to be in a tight fix with his next project. It is already confirmed that Ram Charan will be teaming up with Surender Reddy for the remake of Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan. After Bruce Lee's disaster, Mega fans are a worried lot and they are now hoping that Charan will think twice before going with Thani Oruvan.

The reason for this worry is that Thani Orvan is not the typical mass masala story and it is a stylish thriller where the villain steals the show with the hero always chasing him. Now, Charan acting as a villain is out of question. Will Surender Reddy make drastic changes to the script to enhance hero's role? Or will Charan scrap Thani Oruvan altogether and choose a more safe project?

Pawan Kalyan Meets Chiranjeevi

In yet another memorable moment, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan met his elder brother Megastar Chiranjeevi at the latter's residence just a while ago. Pawan, who was shooting for Sardaar Gabbar Singh at Ramanaidu Studios, went to Chiru's home directly from the shooting spot in his police costume. Pawan spent some quality time with Chiru's family and Ram Charan was also present during these rare moments.

Speaking on the occasion, Pawan revealed that he met his annayya to congratulate him for his comeback cameo in Bruce Lee. Pawan said that he heard from his close associated that fans had goosebumps while watching Chiru on screen after so many years.

Pawan also said that even though he and his brother have political conflicts, he always had and will have huge respect for his annayya for giving him life and career in films. Pawan also wished that Chiru's 150th will become a huge success.

This is the second tie that Pawan Kalyan met Chiru at his residence, after the recent meeting during Chiru's Shashtipoorthi celebrations.

Vishal Sweeps Clean in Nadigar Sangam Elections

The day has come finally revealing the results of controversial Nadigar Sangam elections. After lot of heated war of words and campaigning, Vishal's Pandavar ani emerged as winner with a total sweep against Sarath Kumar's team.

With clean sweep of 5-0, Vishal is all set to take charge as new General secretary, Nasser as President and Karthi as treasurer respectively. In the category of Vice President, Simbu and Vijayakumar competed from Sarath Kumar's team, but the winners are from Pandavar ani again, Karunaas and Ponvannan.

A little earlier, Telugu film chamber elections too witnessed heat from both sides Rajendra Prasad and Jayasudha, ofcourse everything went cool and calm after elections. We have to see how Sarath Kumar team reacts on this result after all the blame game before polling.

Ram Turns Editor For Hari Katha

Looks like the failure of Shivam has taught a strong lesson to the Energetic Star Ram. The actor, apparently, became so conscious of his upcoming film Hari Katha, that he is personally supervising the editing process of the already shot footage.

For the last few days, there were reports that Ram is not happy about certain scenes in Hari Katha and decided to go for a re-shoot. The latest buzz of Ram overseeing the editing adds fuel to the rumours. Ram will take part in the re-shoot very soon.

Hari Katha is being directed by Kishore Tirumala of Second Hand fame and the script is said to be content driven and will showcase Ram in a hilarious role. The film is produced by Ram's uncle Sravanthi Ravi Kishore who also produced and lost big on Shivam.

Mahesh Babu To Attack Judicial System

There is brighter side, negative side and also flaws in our judicial system. Many star heroes and directors have explored this on silver screen. Now it's the time of Mahesh Babu if reports we are hearing are anything to go by.

Apparently Mahesh has okayed a story narrated by AR Murugadoss, which we have revealed in these columns already. Latest buzz is that Superstar's film is all about tackling things in judicial system, questioning the role of authorities and taking on judges and lawyers. Maybe many episodes related to some sensational judgements, judicial failures and others will be touched in this flick.

In fact, Murugadoss has written similar script for Chiranjeevi before he directed him in "Stalin" but the Megastar rejected it as "Tagore" has similar shades already. For the now, Muruga is busy penning a script in Dil Raju's compound, probably for Jr NTR, and Mahesh is relaxing in the sunny climate of Paris suburbs.

Their Egos Killed Bruce lee?

Soon after the release of NTR's Baadshah, one of the leading directors in Tollywood Sreenu Vaitla and his longtime friends and writers duo Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan fell apart after a murky war of words over credits issue. Both the parties even vowed not to work with each other again. Sreenu Vaitla teamed up with new writers and tasted a disaster with Aagadu.

Then, Mega Power Star Ram Charan sorted out the issues between Sreenu Vaitla and Kona-Gopi and even convinced them to work together for Bruce Lee. Fans were expecting nothing short of a blockbuster with the most successful team in Tollywood joining hands once again. But, Bruce Lee released and bit the dust miserably.

The primary complaint of the critics and the fans about Bruce Lee was the outdated and completely unexciting story. Nobody could believe that the star combo came up with such a mediocre film after its reunion. However, insiders reveal several hidden incidents that took place behind the scene. Apparently, Sreenu Vaitla is lamenting that Kona and Gopi muddled up his story to the point that he had no control over the script.

Sreenu Vaitla also wanted to name the film as Merupu as against Bruce Lee, which had more of an action film feel to it. The title also played a huge role in distancing the family audiences, who usually patronize Sreenu Vaitla movies. Also, the director had less freedom in calling the shots in the script, thanks to Ram Charan's total trust on Gopi-Kona.

And on the other side, the writers duo is alleging that Sreenu Vaitla did not consider their suggestions regarding several crucial plot points in the story, which resulted in a lackluster script. On the whole, looks like the director and the writers duo will take a long time to sort their differences and egos before they work on another film in the future.

Mega Family Blessings Not Working Out

General sentiment believed in film circles is that, whenever mega family heroes bless a particular heroine, she will reach places. That happens only if mega heroes give them back to back chances. It happened with the likes of Kajal, Tamanna and Amala Paul earlier. Still, they are not working out for one particular lady.

Kannada beauty Kriti Kharbanda has stunned everyone when she bagged the when she bagged the role of Pawan Kalyan's heroine in "Teenmar". Unfortunately that film failed to give her any stardom, while the film itself is a commercial failure. Her fortunes are expected to change with the sister role she played in "Bruce Lee", but at the end it turned to be a damp squib. The role wasn't properly etched and Kriti didn't have much scope to showcase her acting talents also. That way, mega blessing didn't worked out for her twice.

Meanwhile, Kriti is happy that the film at least got some mixed reviews while her earlier films are declared utter flops on day one itself.

Pawan And Menalludu saidharam tej - No Khaki Connection

Just in case if you are wondering 'mega menalludu' is doing any surprise role in 'mavayya' Pawan Kalyan's "Sardaar Gabbar Singh", then here goes the clarity.

The other day Saidharam and his director Anil Ravipudi have dropped by the sets of "Sardaar" and posed for the cameras when Ram Charan too visited Pawan Kalyan. But what raised curiosity is, both Pawan and Saidharam are dressed in similar khaki outfits. That helped rumours mushroom that menalludu is actually part of Pawan Kalyan's movie. But there is nothing such.

"Actually Rashi Khanna is a police officer in 'Supreme' movie. To tease her, even Saidharam dresses like one. While we are canning that scene, we've come to know that Pawan sir is shooting nearby. So, both Teju and Anil dropped there to meet him", says a source in the unit.

So, there is nothing like Pawan and his menalludu appearing on screen together. No khaki connection at all!!

Akhil Won The Hearts Of Angry Fans

Just as actor Nithiin, the producer of Akhil Akkineni's debut film Akhil, announced the postponement of Akhil from Vijaya Dasami citing delay in graphics work, social media was set on fire with angry Akkineni fans literally attacking Nithiin, Nagarjuna and even Akhil for the sudden backtracking.

The anger was so intense that several fans in Nellore even burnt effigies of Nithiin and director VV Vinayak for the film's delay. But, things changed just within a few hours after Akhil interacted with his fans in the AskAkhil chat session on Twitter. Akhil started out with clarifying that the film was delayed only because of the graphics.

Akhil then went on to win the hearts of his angry fans as he humbly apologized to his fans for their disappointment with the sudden postponement. Akhil even sought the support of the Akkineni fans like before and promised to impress them all with a super hit film.

Needless to say, angry fans who have been abusing the entire film's unit cooled down immediately and extended their support to the Akkineni scion and were seen appreciating the young actor's mature handling of a tricky situation.

Will Pawan Make That Mistake?

This might come across as a huge surprise. While there are scores of directors who anxiously wait for his appointment to narrate a script and even to direct him, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is said to be repeatedly requesting one man to direct him. The man in question is veteran actor and director Dasari Narayana Rao.

As per the latest buzz, Pawan is frequently visiting Dasari's home and is requesting Dasari to direct him in the latter's production which was announced several months ago. It is well known that Pawan will act in Dasari's home production after he completes Sardaar Gabbar Singh. Apparently, Pawan also told Dasari not to worry about the 'outcome of the film'.

Pawan is currently at the peaks of his career and fans are wondering if Pawan will really dare to make a grave mistake of forcing Dasari to direct him. Dasari has been out of form for several years now and all his recent films were severely panned by critics and were also huge box-office duds.

Already, fans were in for a huge shock when Dasari first announced his film with Pawan in his direction. Noticing the backlash, Dasari quickly clarified saying that he will only produce it and not direct it. Now, Dasari, who is reluctant to direct Pawan, said to have told the Powerstar that the project must be a successful venture and that he will not direct it.

Mega-Nandamuri War: It's Declared

If one movie missed out a date, then others would surely jump in to cash the slot. Similar thing has happened with youngster Akhil Akkineni, and two biggies are now jumping into the scene.

"Akhil" has decided to move away from hitting cinemas on October 22nd for his own reasons. Cashing this advantage, Kalyan Ram decided to advance his "Sher" from 30th. By the time this Nandamuri hero confirmed his release, another mega hero too jumped into the scene. He's none other than Varun Tej, whose "Kanche" got moved to November 5th/11th earlier. Probably this will be an interesting Mega-Nandamuri war to catch up at box office.

Both "Sher" and "Kance" will get only limited theatres due to the impact of "Bruce Lee" and already releasing "Rudhramadevi" at box office. Only if these two films turned blockbuster, they might get more theatres added to their wings. Let's see what happens on 22nd.

Nitin's Explanation Is Tough To Believe

Much before "Bruce Lee" has released, hero Nitin has activated Plan-B for "Akhil". Earlier it was thought that the film will not hit theatres only if Ram Charan's movie turns blockbuster. But even before the mega film's first show has hit silver screen, the change of plan is announced.

"Due to delay in graphics work we are unable to release AKHIL on Oct 22nd.. Sorry for the delay.. Will announce the new release date soon.. Sorry.. (sic)", tweeted Nitin, explaining the reason. But one wonders what is that Graphic Work Nitin is talking about. It's neither a "Baahubali" nor "Rudhramadevi" to depend extensively on graphics and visual effects. So, what could be the reason for postponement, in case if people feel Nitin's explanation is tough to believe.

Seems like Nitin and Co has patiently waited till last minute to find out if "Bruce Lee" will opt from the game. But Ram Charan's flick has stuck to what they fixed 3 months back, and October 16th is happening. Maybe for that reason, Nitin pushed the film. No matter if its festival season or not, a big player like Bruce Lee is threatening for a debuting hero. Isn't it the reason?.

Akhil's Drop Makes 22nd Too Busy

Looks like this Dasara is getting too busy to handle. As "Akhil" dropped out from the race due to 'graphics' issue, many other films have now jumped in for October 22nd. Also with "Bruce Lee" getting below average reviews, every small movie is now trying to prove its mettle.

Already we have Varun Tej's "Kanche" and Kalyan Ram's "Sher" locking horns on 22nd. These two films will be walking away with majority of theatres at box office. In case if Bruce Lee records optimum collections, then Kanche and Sher will get huge mileage as exhibitors will surely offer them those theatres. Now, anchor Ohmkar joined the race by announcing that his horror comedy "Raju Gari Gadhi" will be hitting cinemas on the same day. Another youngster who is also slapping thighs happens to be Sumanth Ashwin. His latest movie "Columbus" is also releasing on 22nd only. That makes the Dasara festival more colourful, thereby giving many options for cinema lovers to decide.

Though some cinema critics feel that the traffic is heavy, Dasara season has this advantage of accommodating as many films as possible. We have to see which of them will prove mettle next Friday.

Pawan Congratulates Charan

It doesn't get any bigger and emotional for Mega fans than seeing this rare moment of babai Pawan Kalyan congratulating abbai Ram Charan for Bruce Lee's success. This morning, Charan and Sai Dharam Tej paid a surprise visit to Powerstar Pawan Kalyan on the shooting sets of Sardaar Gabbar Singh.

Apparently, Pawan and Ram Charan spent some jovial time together and Charan witnessed the shooting for a while. During the promotional interviews for Bruce Lee, Cherry said that his film in Pawan's production will start in summer next year.

No doubt that these increasing emotional closeness between Pawan and the Mega family members will give a huge high to Mega fans.

Heroine Dubbed For Charan's Sister

Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Bruce Lee was released a couple of days ago and the response from fans and critics has been lukewarm. The film is primarily based on brother-sister sentiment loaded with action and entertainment.

The character of Kriti Kharbanda, who played Ram Charan's sister in the film, became very crucial for the film's emotional drama. Interestingly, Sreenu Vaitla decided not to go for a routine dubbing artiste for Kriti and chose dusky Telugu beauty Madhu Shalini to lend voice for Kriti's character.

This news is revealed by Madhu Shalini herself, who excitedly tweeted, "My first attempt at dubbing. Dubbed for @kriti_official #BruceLeeTheFigher". Quickly acknowledging Madhu Shalini's efforts, Kriti replied, "u were amazing madhu! Thank u so so much".

Apparently, Madhu Shalini's work even impressed popular character artiste Rao Ramesh who was heard saying that Madhu Shalini's voice was "fab". Madhu Shalini will soon be seen in Kamal Haasan's bilingual thriller Cheekati Rajyam.

Race Gurram Villain's Daughter Missing

Bengali actor Ravi Kishan, who has enthralled Telugu audiences for the first time with "Race Gurram" and with "Kick 2" later, has filed a missing complaint in police station.

This famous Bollywood and Bhojpuri actor has filled a missing complaint of his19-year-old daughter with police. Already the complaint was registered few days ago, but the news has come out very late. Currently a DCP rank officer is said to be probing this case. However, police sources claimed that this is the second time our on-screen villain's daughter left the house this way.

Actor Ravi Kishan is not available for a comment. He is married to Preeti and the couple are said to have four children.

Ram Charan's Team Is An Inspiration

Taking the recent Summer season and start reading the names. We have likes of Lion, Jyothi Lakshmi, Baahubali, Srimanthudu, Kick 2, Dynamite, Bhale Bhale Magadivoyi, Sivam, Rudramadevi, Akhil and today's release Bruce Lee. Does that ring any bell?

Except Ram Charan's Bruce Lee, all those films failed to release on said date and wandered around many possible dates before finally hitting cinemas. Only Srimanthudu has changed date due to request from Baahubali, while Baahubali itself is unsure about the possible date. Kick 2 and Rudramadevi are the baap of any other film when it comes to postponing the film. Dynamite too gave similar experiences. Bhale Bhale Magadivoyi and Sivam too missed two dates and finalised a later one.

Only "Bruce Lee" was locked for October 16th and the film has hit cinemas on the said date. Director Sreenu Vaitla and his team's potential should be truly appreciated for fixing out a date and racing against time to reach it. Though we could exempt Baahubali and Rudhramadevi, maybe others should inspire from Bruce Lee team.

Why This Mega Battle, Never Before?

It is a rare gesture, mega heroes battling out at the box office. In three weeks time, three mega films are clashing. While stylish star Allu Arjun's Rudhramadevi released on October 9th to above average reports, mega power star Ram Charan has come up with Bruce Lee- The Fighter hit the screens yesterday. Megastar Chiranjeevi played a cameo, but significant role in the action entertainer.

Now, another mega movie is ready to enthrall audience. Varun Tej's Kanche is seeing lights on October 22nd. Actually, the film directed by Krish was supposed to release next month, but to utilize Akhil's Akhil movie postponement and also the Dasara holiday season, makers have pre-poned their movie. But, this film has to fight with other mega biggies- Rudhramadevi and Bruce Lee.

Ram Charan recently revealed that, there is a secret agreement in the industry to maintain minimum gap between the big releases. And this is the reason for Mahesh Babu postponing Srimanthudu to allot good number of theaters for Rajamouli's Baahubali. Fortunately, both the films took first and second slots in highest grossers.

Usually, mega heroes prefer keeping at least few weeks gap among their releases. But, for the first time, not just 2, three films are clashing at big screens. This will surely affect collections of all the films. There are many heroes from single family (mega), so, the battle can't be avoided for any time. In September last week, Sai Dharam Tej arrived with Subramanyam For Sale that is turning out to be a decent hit. Why this mega battle, like never before, questions a mega fan.

Ram Charan Reacts To RGV's Comments

After the much-hyped Auto Johnny shelved, there have been intense discussions about Megastar Chiranjeevi teaming up with VV Vinayak for the remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi as his comeback film. While the Mega camp never acknowledged the reports, they never denied them, making it unofficially official.

In a recent promotional interview for Bruce Lee, an interviewer asked Charan about Ram Gopal Varma's tweets expressing his dissent over Chiru choosing a remake and not a straight subject for a prestigious project like his comeback film, which will show him in a full-fledged lead role after almost 8 years.

Reacting to RGV's comments, Charan said that there is nothing wrong in remaking a Tamil or any language movie which was already proven a blockbuster. Charan said that his dad successfully remade Munnabhai MBBS as Shankardada MBBS and his babai Pawan Kalyan remade Dabangg as Gabbar Singh.

Charan also said that his next film will be a remake, hinting about the remake of Tamil hit Thani Oruvan in Surender Reddy's direction .

‘Wedding Pullav’ Movie Review – Bollywood Tabloid

Cast: Diganth Manchale, Anushka Ranjan, Sonnalli Seygall, Karan Grover, Rishi Kapoor, Satish Kaushik, Himani Shivpuri, Upasana Singh, Parmeet Sethi, Kitu Gidwani, Neha Tomar;

Director: Binod Pradhan; Rating: **

Producer: Shashi Ranjan

Rating: ✰

A love quadrangle-based on “My Best Friend’s Wedding” template, wedding pullav is a stale, over-cooked and spiceless tale, with predictable romance tropes from the very first frame to the last.

Motorbike designer Aditya Sodhi aka Aadi (Diganth Manchale) is all set to get engaged to Riya (Sonnalli Seygall), an industrialist’s daughter, when he guiltily realises that his childhood friend, Anushka aka Lambu, is missing.

Lo and behold, Lambu announces her entry with the bang of the band!

As the friends reunite, we learn that Aadi’s latest designer bike is to be launched by his prospective father-in-law and Lambu has a boyfriend Jay (Karan Grover), an artist who specialises in nudes, stowed away in London.

On the mention of Jay, Aadi’s resentful antennae perk up, but he does nothing about it.

The friends, excited that Anushka too has a boyfriend and that they plan to get married soon, propose that Anushka and Jay should get married at the same time as Aadi and Riya.

So together with their respective partners, they decide to marry at Aadi and Riya’s pre-planned destination in Thailand.

So far un-convoluted but cliched, the entire coterie, family and friends land up at the wedding destination to cook the Wedding Pullav!

The only novelty in this overture is the fairly competent performances by Anushka Ranjan, Diganth Manchale and Karan Grover. While Anushka is confident, dimple faced Diganth with his well-chiselled physique is self-assured and charming. Karan Grover seems a bit lost among the lot and Sonnalli holds her stead competently.

Of the supporting cast, it is the young coterie Ali Khan as Batli, Neha Tomar as Niky and the character Peta who are worth a mention.

The rest of the senior actors, ham their way through.

Satish Kaushik and Upasana Singh as Aditya’s parents Ravinder and Sweety are stereotypical Punjabis. So is Himani Shivpuri as Gulabo, Anushka’s flirtatious “Dadi” -paternal grandmother.

Parmeet Sethi and Kitu Gidwani as Riya’s parents; Kumarshaab and Amrita are perfunctory.

Rishi Kapoor as Mr. Lovinder Kapoor aka Luv Kapoor the ever-obliging, General Manager of the wedding destination is a big disappointment. He walks through his role dispassionately.

With verbose expositions, the undoing of this elaborate Wedding Pullav, is the fraught with “tell and show” scenes that are incorporated in the lazily drafted script. Evident among the few are, “Aadi aur Jay, ki bajegi band in Thailand” and “Itne saare balloons, solid drama haia”

Humour is forced and the dialogues are shallow, frivolous and lacks class.

The classification of the families too, seem grossly mismatched making the entire Pullav hackneyed and difficult to digest.

When Vidya Balan was coached to weave a sari

Actress vidya balan is known for her admiration for silk saris and when she took out time to meet textile designer Gaurang Shah’s weavers, she was lucky enough to be coached about textile creation and every aspect of weaving technique.

When Vidya expressed her desire to meet Gaurang’s weavers and experience hand-woven textiles, he drove her around various villages in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

“As I stepped into Shah’s weaver’s village and entered the first master weaver family pit loom, I was greeted with the gentle and steady rhythmic clicking of simple bamboo looms. This weaving technique was as ancient as the intricate patterns that are produced by Shah’s Jamdani weaver,” Vidya said in a statement.

“I stood in awe and watched the exquisite art of weaving in progress in absolute silence as the story of weaving was unfolding step by step,” she added.

What amazed Vidya the most was the way the threads comprising the warp and weft were tied with immaculate precision.

“It was fascinating and engrossing journey,” recalled Vidya, who also learnt that Jamdani can now be woven with a combination of silk and cotton or even just silk.

“The colours are no longer restricted to the off-white, grey and indigo palette of yore. His weavers are specialists in the art Jamdani technique who can accomplish thread by thread tying of the entire expanse of textile to be woven,” she added.

According to her, weaving is a “beautiful story”.

The highlight of the visit was when Vidya was invited to sit in the loom with the weaver and then gently was coached to weave the threads, working the pins and looking for the nod of assurance from the indulgent weaver.

“Having experienced the enduring artistry and hard work that goes into weaving a sari, I relish draping hand-woven garment more than ever. Indian textiles always guarantee to make us look stunning, and I would love to expand its admiration by draping them and talking about it to people I meet all over the world,” Vidya said.

'A' Rated Show Of Top Khan's Flop Girls

When there are not much films happening even some top stars like Kareena Kapoor accepted movies like "Chameli" that exposed their erotic side. And here are two top beauties who are introduced by Top Khan to the silver screen who have now crossed all the limits to prove their mettle.

Sometime back, Salman Khan has introduced hottie Zarine Khan with "Veer" and she got blasted for her Katrina Kaif look-alike features. Later he has made dancer Daisy Shah as a lead girl with "Jai Ho" and she too flopped. Both these beauties are now coming up together for a film titled "Hate Story 3". What's more shocking is that their 'Adult' rated show has crossed all the limits as these chubby girls posed in their bra in the trailer itself. Lot of lip kissing and bedroom scenes have just blown minds.

Both the heroines claimed that Salman Khan is instrumental in getting this film offer for them. Well, surely he might have not expected this A-rated treat. That's a shocker.

Avika Gor's Film For Oscars??

Those critically acclaimed films that are made with high emotions and fine story also fail to make it to Oscars from India. It's surprising to see that 'chinnari pellikoothuru' Avika Gor's film is trying to compete at Oscars. Check this out.

Apparently Avika has turned heroine with movies like Uyyala Jampala and recently Cinema Choopista Maava. All these movies are commercial stories and actress is now upping her glamour quotient too with which she want to storm the top-heroines circuit. However, our chubby girl has done a film in Kannada which is titled "Footpath 2" and this film is now getting dubbed into Telugu as "Manja". Revolving around the life of juvenile criminals, the film features Avika and also Esha Deol in a lead role.

Coming to this Oscars thing, "Footpath 2" got submitted in General Category for a lateral entry to Oscar nominations. We have to see how far it will work out.

2 Reasons Why Chiru In Bruce Lee

Megastar Chiranjeevi's cameo in "Bruce Lee" became not just talking point, but it is also a saviour of the film. At the time when audiences started to feel the boredom, this cameo made them forget everything and come out theatres cheering. But this cameo has done more damage than advantage. See how.

Cinema lovers and mega fans are waiting to see megastar on silver screen from years. Finally he's expected to rock with 150th movie but he has decided to do this short part in Bruce Lee itself. Watching him on the screen made everyone excited, but thing is that his 150th film appearance may not get the same appreciation. Because has has already appeared in Bruce Lee and now everyone knows that he will comeback in 6-7 months hardly with next film. Should we now not say that hype on 150th is gone?

Maybe we have to put this from another angle. Chiranjeevi and Charan might have deliberately created this cameo for two reasons. First one is to save Bruce Lee and second one is to reduce the hype on 150th such that the chances of scoring big will be high.

Bruce Lee Is Next To Baahubali & Srimanthudu

Ram Charan's "Bruce Lee" has opened to mixed reviews with 'below-average' talk taking the lead since the premiere shows are screened. But still the film managed to bag 3rd best ever revenues for an opening day in the two Telugu states.

"Bruce Lee" has minted 6.96 crores from Andhra, 2.45 from Ceeded and 3.25 crores from Nizam, amassing a total of 12.66 crores on First Day from the two Telugu states. This is the Best Opening Day after the likes of Baahubali and Srimanthudu which have recorded best figures ever. Also, if we consider non-Baahubali records, then the 2.45 Cr amassed from Ceeded is a record of sorts and once again proves that Rayalaseema is a dominion for mega heroes where Chiranjeevi used to have such unexpected following there.

In the mean time, USA box office figures are not as expected and there said to be no signs of growth over there.

Boiling Hot Glamour Of Shruti Haasan

Shruti Haasan. This name needs no introduction when it comes to glamour. In all the hit movies of recent days this curvaceous siren's ultra hot treat played a crucial role in making the film run towards victory.

After scoring a string of hits in both Telugu and Hindi, her Tamil flick "Puli" failed to click, but her glamour is a huge hit again. In couple of songs, she just melted the rocks with her arresting screen presence. On the eve of forthcoming Diwali, Shruti cracker is going to blast again, this time for Thala Ajith. She happens to be the solo lead of "Vedhalam" movie and her glamour in songs is the talking point now.

Apparently in the song 'Don't Mess With Me' from the film Vedhalam, Shruti is seen boiling the temperatures with her seductive looks. Her sex appeal shown in the few pictures released is not allowing eye-lids to close. Seems like Shruti wants to grab and stay at the top spot by giving sweat to her competitors.
