Mega Power Star Ram Charan's latest outing in Sreenu Vaitla's direction, Bruce Lee, released amidst heavy expectations but fizzled out on its first day. The film's weak and routine story was the main culprit and even Ram Charan's energetic performance and stylish dances could not save the film from sinking.
With Bruce Lee heading towards a huge disaster, Ram Charan seems to be in a tight fix with his next project. It is already confirmed that Ram Charan will be teaming up with Surender Reddy for the remake of Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan. After Bruce Lee's disaster, Mega fans are a worried lot and they are now hoping that Charan will think twice before going with Thani Oruvan.
The reason for this worry is that Thani Orvan is not the typical mass masala story and it is a stylish thriller where the villain steals the show with the hero always chasing him. Now, Charan acting as a villain is out of question. Will Surender Reddy make drastic changes to the script to enhance hero's role? Or will Charan scrap Thani Oruvan altogether and choose a more safe project?
